Self-service webhook subscription management against the public subscription API. Nothing here is stored server-side beyond the subscription record itself — there is no account model.

Create subscription

Register a URL to receive change-feed webhooks. Creation requires a subscription token issued by a metagraphed operator — this app never bundles one.
